What are your store hours?

We are open daily to serve the Comox Valley and surrounding areas! Our standard hours are:

Monday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

(Please note: Hours may vary on statutory holidays. Please check our Google listing or call the store for holiday-specific timing.)

Where are you located?

We are located at Unit 101, 700 Anderton Road, Comox, BC. You can find us right in the heart of downtown Comox, making it easy to stop by while you are out shopping or heading to the marina.

How can I contact the store

Can I place an order for in-store pickup?

Absolutely. Simply place your order online and select pickup, and we will have it ready for you.

Can I check if an item is in stock before I come in?

Yes! Feel free to give us a call at (250) 339-6033 or contact us through our website, and we can check our current inventory for you. If we don’t have it, we may be able to suggest a great alternative or look into a special order.

Do you offer recommendations?

Of course. Our team is always happy to help you find the perfect bottle-whether it’s for a dinner, gift, or special occasion.

Can I place a special order for a product you don’t usually carry?

We are happy to look into special orders for products available through the BC Liquor Distribution Branch. Please speak with a manager in-store to discuss availability and minimum order requirements.

Do you carry local BC products?

Absolutely. We take pride in supporting our local breweries, wineries, and distilleries. We carry a wide selection of craft beers such as Foamers’ Folly or Vancouver Island craft beers, BC VQA wines, and locally made spirits.

Do you carry cold beer and wine?

Yes! We have a large walk-in cooler and extensive refrigerated sections to ensure your drinks are chilled and ready to enjoy the moment you get home.

Do you have a clearance or sale section?

Yes! We have a dedicated sale/clearance section with great deals across multiple categories.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! If you can’t make it into the store, you can order your favourite beer, wine, and spirits for delivery through our in-house delivery service on our website by clicking on “shop” or by using our mobile app to shop online directly from your phone.

We also offer bulk order delivery for special occasions, celebration parties and corporate events.

Do you have a minimum order for delivery?

What is your "Two-ID" policy?

In accordance with British Columbia Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) laws., we operate under a “Two-ID” policy. Anyone who appears under the age of 30 will be asked for:

A primary piece of government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or Passport).
A secondary piece of ID with your name and signature or photo (e.g., Credit Card or BC Services Card).

What is your return policy?

Unopened Products: Can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided they are in saleable condition.
Defective Products: If you find a product is defective (e.g., a “corked” bottle of wine), please bring the bottle back (at least 75% full) with your receipt for an exchange or refund.

(Please note: All returns are at the discretion of management.

Do you accept empty bottle returns?

To maintain a clean and efficient shopping environment, we do not accept large-scale bulk returns of “empties” for deposit refunds. We recommend taking your empties to the Recycle BC in Comox for full recycling services.

Do you offer large party orders discounts for large events or weddings?

We love helping with special occasions! If you are planning a wedding, party, or corporate event, please contact us through our website or call to speak with our store manager. We can help you with quantity estimates and potential bulk pricing for large orders.

Do you have any in-store tastings and other customer events?

Yes! We have tastings and other exciting customer events. They are free and you can see these events on our website where you can register to attend or drop-in. You can also subscribe to be notified directly of the latest events or follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see what’s new in events. We also put the specific products (being tasted) on sale for that specific day.

How can I stay updated on promotions?

Go to our website to view the latest promotions, specials or news or you can subscribe to directly receive this information. Also, follow us on Instagram and Facebook or visit in-store to stay updated on the latest deals, tastings and exclusive offers.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! We value our regulars. We offer a VIP membership where you can earn points on purchase and redeem them for discounts. You can sign up on our website for our loyalty program, or you can ask our cashiers in-store to sign up and start earning points for rewards on your purchases in-store or online.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points either by shopping online or in-store where you can simply, let our staff know at checkout, and we will apply your available rewards.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards in any denomination. They make the perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, or “just because” or any occasion. They can be used on any product in our store.
